We purchased the Biomax 600 and the horizontal stand. We bought a massage table from Amazon to lay on for comfort and ease while doing the red light therapy 20 min a day. I have eczema and joint pain. The lights are warm and comforting. It is healing my skin and reducing itch after one week. My knee pain is less, as well. I am excited to see the results after one month if I can already see & feel results after one week. The light and the stand are very sturdy and well made. My husband is an engineer and says this is a solid product. He’s very scrutinizing, so, I love it when he gives a product his nod.
