I use the lights at least three times a week. It is good for my skin and joints. If I injure myself working out, it fixes me up quickly. It is very hot. I did also find that it increases my red blood cell count. I presume it is from the infrared. Not a bad idea to give blood once in a while for that. I love the lights and would buy them again.
