Quite amazing the results you can get from using the red light therapy, I had ulnar nerve surgery and carpal tunnel surgeries to relieve numbness in both hands and after 7 years it came back! I read where some people were having good results from using red light to treat the numbness. After using red light continuously for 5-7 days per week for several months on the elbow and wrist area for 15 minutes a day the numbness went away completely. I have no other explanation why it went away other than using red light therapy.
