The power of the lights are just about right for my wife and I to expose the target area for about 5 minutes. Then we move ourself to the next area. Front to back and head to foot. It only takes about 20 minutes to do this. I sometimes will do other areas like my hands or feet (where I had traumatic injuries about 20 years ago. We’ve only had it about a week so I think it will take awhile to see a measurable improvement.
