Got the BIOMAX 300 and have only been using it for a few weeks, so haven't noticed a significant change yet. I've been using the red-only (have freckles and don't want them to darken) for 10 minutes in the morning, and with the stand, it's convenient to have it set-up on my nightstand so I can easily start my morning off with some red light therapy. It's also been helping me wake/get up in the mornings, especially as we head into the autumn/winter months.
