The product build quality is good, the iOS app is slick, and my product shipped fast. That said, I was shocked that the controller does not support casing. It did not even cross my mind that it wouldn't as everyone owns a case for their phone. This in turn got me close to returning the product, because sincerely, no one wants to have to remove their case every time they are going to play a game. On the home page of the product, there is a table comparing the Backbone to the Switch, I would have liked this information to be clearly stated at proximity.
