Went through a pretty speedy warranty process through the customer service after the original purchase has quit working on the left side of the controller I assume from seeing so much usage!! I use this controller daily it has essentially replaced my gaming from console to mobile for the time being because of how easy and fun this controller makes it. Highly recommend trying it out if you are on the fence.
