I absolutely love this thing! I love just about everything about it. I can’t leave the house without it. However, I have two things that I wish can be changed or improved upon. 1: grip size and feel; I have pretty big hands and find myself constantly readjusting my grip due to the handles being so thin and small. My hands also tend to slip too. 2: the analog sticks are way too short especially for FPS games like call of duty mobile and games on Xbox and PS4. In conclusion, I believe that if you guys maybe made a premium version for serious gamers that can have the option to have taller analog sticks (maybe some that you can screw on and swap out) and larger grips with an anti slip back on it the product would do well. I would certainly pay extra to get the more premium feel without having to bring my Xbox controller. This way you can have the less expensive one for casual gamers and the more premium version for hardcore gamers.
