i purchaced my Backbone 6/28/21 and have not received my 3 months game pass ultimate. The date is now 7/13/21 and i am still waiting for my game pass ultimate. When will i receive it i dont know, I only get emails telling me they will look into it. This is the worst thing i have to deal with. The reason i bought the Backbone is for the offer it came with otherwise i woudnt have bought it. by the length and time its taking to handle this stressful situation i think i should get an addition 3 months game pass ultimate. Checkout with the Backbone was easy, but seems like its hard for you guys to follow through with the 3 months gamepass ultimate. Would have given 5 stars but someone on the Backbone team aint giving what was said on the Backbone.com website.
