Bought my first controller back late April and I’ve loved it since! I play a lot of CODM and it gave me the feeling I was playing an actual console in my hands! Never had s a problem until late November but I contacted BackBone and less than a day I received the shipping info and sent my defective part back and got a Brand New BackBone Controller for free plus free shipping! I never asked for a refund, never got discouraged and even seeing where it doesn’t necessarily say a 1 year warranty for defective swap they sure held up perfect customer service and helped me out! Upon arrival I even received a free 3 month Ultimate Game Pass for Xbox! I absolutely have zero negative things to say about this product and company! The backbone controller goes everywhere with me! Definitely 5 star review! Love it
