It came with scratches on it but is still functional. In the trailer for it, it shows the backbone being able to snap open (meaning being able to stay open while you put your phone in) but it doesn't have that feature. The trailer also shows high-quality gameplay using Xbox cloud but the Xbox cloud has awful frames and hardly runs. Big waste of money but I will still use it from time to time.
