Backbone feels solidly made and works great. I didn't realize how much the app adds to the device itself (although I also didn't realize that the app will cost a monthly fee after the first year).
I did have some trouble in that I initially received only a one-month Game Pass free subscription even though when I purchased the agreement was for three months. After several days of emailing customer service, they worked it out and provided the three-month code.
