Everything works well for the system I have, they were more than generous with their provided membership to both Backbone and Stadia. The controller is responsive and mostly comfortable in my hands, the biggest issue is it tends to slip frequently due to a lack of any grip on the handle. I wish they sold or provided a pair of silicone grips, as some of us are cursed with dry hands and the issue is universal with 90% of the controllers out there.
