love the device I have an iPhone 13 pro max and they shipped with an adaptor. which was a plus however the design of the connection port would be great it was moveable to accommodate a case, it is kinda hassle to take my case off every time. FYI my case is then also we are not talking an otter box here. overall loved the product so far
