The backbone controller has exceeded all of my hardware expectations. Its comfortable to use, the buttons and sticks are small but extremely responsive and tactile, and the overall feel of the device is premium. The only downside is having to install the app (which forces you to sign up for their paid subscription service) in order to use a few features such as recording your gameplay from the controller button. I got this only to remote play from my series x at home and have no interest in downloading or subscribing to anything extra. Overall I would absolutely recommend this as an option for anyone looking to use remote play on their phone, or even if you just want a more responsive than Bluetooth option for mobile games.
