So far, this seems a sturdy and well made product. There is more noise that comes from Backbone from the thumb controllers than you get on a standard PS5 controller. Its integration with PS Remote Play is seamless, and the software seems well made so far. There are a few usability issues. It was frustrating to create a separate Backbone ID rather than just utilise an existing PSN Id only. Getting used to the controllers, compared to the existing PS5 controller is a bit tricky. Aiming and movement isn’t as sharp as it is on the PS5 controller on most games - COD MW2/Vanguard and Hitman 3 were tested. I will see what it is like on other games soon.
