Purchased my Backbone from Amazon, as the Amazon description said the Backbone is now compatible with iPhone 14 Pro Max via an included updated adapter. However, it shipped with an adapter that was not compatible with iPhone 14 Pro Max. Ordered an updated free adapter from Backbone website, and after receiving it a couple weeks later, the iPhone 14 Pro Max camera lens still touches the Backbone. I am still waiting on a response from Backbone on if I need yet another adapter to try and fix this. No complaints about the Backbone itself, and the app is fantastic, however it has been a poor experience getting it to fit correctly, and as advertised, with an iPhone 14 Pro Max.
