Amazing customer service by the company. After a couple of buttons became inactive on my controller, they helped me seamlessly trade it in for a new controller of the same type. And for free, of course. I am so pleased with how quick and helpful their customer service was, and I really enjoy the product! I would buy this again as a gift for other after my own great experience with it.
