I think most things that need to be said about the site has already been said. Positive things. But what I personally appreciated is that they took time to review my case. They could have closed it and made it look they worked fast on it but they didn't and in the end, I got what I wanted, a replacement account. I already said I don't want the refund because I already went to the trouble of verifying so when the time came to make a demand, they came through and actually made the seller work for it (no offense, was his fault to begin with) so overall I can say I trust em.
