Replies took some time, they had somewhere from 3 hours to half a day to get back to some of my concerns but it was addressed over the course of a weekend. Had to dispute a bad order where the account details aren't working. When I got a new one, it didn't have any progress at all. Disputing it for a refund took some time but at least it was easy, they never had to harass me for additional comments or what not. I would use it again personally because of this protection service but unrelated to their honest service, I would be stepping back from gaming and buying for now.
