NGL setting up the account was difficult at first. Not receiving the code then I do I get suspended. Truly a wtf moment. But after talking to them, I realized they were nice and it seems someone already made an account with my IP. I probably forgot it or it was my brother.
Anyway they verified me and I was able to complete my first order. So I guess the takeaway here is that they're very strict...but the site is secure and easy to use.
My advice to anyone having the same issue is to email them first. It's worth it when you get your account activated.
