I did a transaction and finally the seller did not have the account it took 2 day to be able to cancel the transaction and now i did not even get contact to be reimbursed and it make 5 day and i still don't have any communication what do ever poor poor customer service i do not recommend using that site Update: I finally have an answer from playerup but they decide the way to go whit customer is to bully them as show on the picture of my conversation whit them basically they tell me that ifi fix my review here they will help me so i say No to that it not ok i was trusting you just give me money and you will not have had re Update 2 : ok i just apologise to playerup as they did not take the money in my account as the order was cancelled before they took the money as the money was on hold. My bank hold the money right now and beacause it Easter it take longer for them to put the money back into my account. I will change my ratings a bit as they don't have to be blamed at all for my money problem, but what i deplore is to have an answer from them i had to come in this site and put a bad review. I ad to go all week whit stress to wonder what happen whit my money. I wish someone when i flag that i need help someone will of talk to me and tell me what happen. I wish them to be more oriented to answer customer because it really stressing not knowing what happen. Again sorry to player up but still mad. I will not use this site again and i do not recommend this as it difficult to have answer if your order go wrong.
