I was recently banned from PlayerUp for no apparent reason. Someone created a Telegram account using my name, Zenagency, with the same profile picture and channel URL to scam others. Despite reporting this issue multiple times to PlayerUp's support team, they have not taken any action and continue to ignore my messages. Three days ago, I contacted PlayerUp via Telegram, and the representative promised to resolve the issue within 24 hours. However, 72 hours later, I have received no response, and my issue remains unaddressed. I have also noticed numerous other negative reviews about PlayerUp's lack of support and poor service. My account was banned for being associated with a "previously banned user" who was a Lime seller. However, I am not aware of any such user or connection. I reached out to the middleman, expressing my willingness to resolve the issue and cooperate, but for the past 15 days, I have received no response on the PlayerUp site. Now, even on Telegram, he continues to ignore my messages. I don't understand why this issue is not being addressed.
