I am filing this formal complaint regarding my transaction on PlayerUp, dated July 25, 2025 (Transaction ID: bda254da30be5c). I completed the account delivery to the buyer, both parties confirmed receipt, and the order was marked "Completed". Despite this, I have not received any payment. When the buyer later requested a refund, I agreed in good faith and directed them to contact the Middleman. Shortly afterward, the order status was changed to "Payment On Hold". Subsequently, PlayerUp notified me that payment had been sent — yet immediately after, I was locked out of my account entirely on all devices. It is evident that PlayerUp has deliberately restricted or banned my account to prevent me from receiving any refund, accessing the sold account, or obtaining my rightful payment. The claim that I own “three accounts” is false; I have only ever operated a single account. Prior to this, PlayerUp accused me of opening too many tickets, which I addressed by closing all but one — yet the issue remains unresolved. This pattern of shifting excuses, intentional delays, and lack of transparency constitutes unprofessional and unethical conduct. As of August 10, 2025, there has been no meaningful communication or resolution. Note: I am willing to amend my public review if PlayerUp and the Middleman provide confirmation and fully resolve this issue.
