Bough a game yesterday and it was not working. Contacted their chat today and ended up telling them that it is a right from the consumer protection agency to get a refund if it's not been 14 days. Ended up arguing respectfully few messages, then they closed the chat mid-conversation.
Horrible service, especially to a client that stays respectful.
