They are a big rip off I bought hell divers 2 the game wasn't working and I tried everything to fix it they offered me to trouble shoot still did not help I just wanted my refund or maybe an exchange and I looked online that after downloading and before the 15 days are due I can still return the game if it's faulty well the game in itself is an incomplete game and full of issue and online people said the game is broken I called playstation and was rudely hung up on twice while being both ignored and left with no service the policy they have over the simple fact that you can test a game that was payed for digitally can't be as easily exchanged or refunded costumer service is terrible and rude and won't help you and will hang up without a care subtract 10 stars they ripped me off more than anyone in my life and not to mention how they charge you ps plus to run the game you already payed them money for ownership
