PlayStation is the biggest joke of a company. Downloaded a co-op game that’s advertised for online play - only it doesn’t have online capabilities. I contacted them to refund me as I am unable to play the game solo and was told “no it’s already been downloaded.” Then had three different “customer service” agents hang up on me when I wasn’t even being rude, or using profanity. I simply wanted the situation resolved due false advertising. I feel sick to my stomach wasting 80$ on a game that I cannot play and they just pocketed my money like it’s nothing because they can get away with it as a big company. The first issue I’ve had with PlayStation since 1999 and it’s left such a horrible taste in my mouth. No longer going to be loyal to this company after something that was such a simple fix
