The playtex.co.uk is not a UK website and is fact run from France. Like a lot of website it is good at taking order but absolutely awful at Customer Service and refunds. They do not answer the phone, respond to emails or phone messages. I am still waiting for a refund 35 days after returning the goods. I will be closing my account once I get my refund.
I would not recommend this website.
