The customer service is extremely poor. They don't care. Example i wrote to them about winning a pink box in June's journey but was in a poor wifi area. I didn't claim because I couldn't. Once I was in a better service I went back in to the game. It was gone. I explained what happened they said I had even thou I hadn't. I have never been able to get into the store. They have never been able to help. Now they took away our bushes and gave us different plants/bushes that give you prizes that are not worth the coins you have to spend. Teams and non teams players depend on the diamonds we use to get for coffees and build up energy. But it seems like they only care about trying to make more money. I know with all the commercials we watch they are paid. All they are doing is taking the joy out of the game.
