By taking away the Red, Blue, Green bushes which yeild 11 guaranteed gems daily, you're taking away our ability to serve a 2nd cup of drink.
The new bushes are pretty but useless even if you send all 8 out (using 1300 coins), but there's no guarantee we'll get 10 gems, it's pretty much a gamble.
