They cheat and essentially tell you to go fend for yourself if you don't like it. Their products are extremely overpriced and the 'free' tickets and spins for me have always been minimum or close to minimum... Never once in 7 years of playing and over 1000's of spins have I ever gotten above the third lowest prize on the wheel. Even when 'multiplied' I still get the bare minimum, so why would I buy anything? Oh yes, because during the pandemic on the Steam Board (removed within a day), a developer was telling people who didn't want to spend money that they were leeches and needed to play somewhere else. For blackjack, the odds are heavily against the players. I once saw the dealer get 5 of 10 hands dealt a blackjack, and the other 5 dealers hit to 20 or 21. Now, if this were a legitimate game, I would think having played hours upon hours, I'd have seen a player do something similar and it not happening proves this is a ripoff (saying it is for entertainment purposes but not telling people how rigged the game is, is theft). I have had many issues like a piggybank of 120 million not credited to my account. Winnings not being credited to my account; I won $30 million once on a spin even videotaped it because of past problems where chips were not credited after a spin, and I got no response from customer service. When I posted about it on the steam board, they told me to contact customer service. And when I replied I did and there was no answer, they deleted the thread. As for social interactions, the players (mostly bots because it's getting harder for them to fill tables with live players) are rude, and very very rarely is there anyone willing to talk. One might as well play a computer poker game to get the same interactions and better odds.
