I am so disappointed with this company. I booked a city break to Barcelona via wowcher which ended up being a completely waste of money (1 day only out of 3 paid for due to poor flights) so I had to end up changing all the details to actually have some time there. My representative told me the hotel is in Barcelona, it is not. I was also told the airport I was going to was just 30 mins from the hotel and not to add on transfers as it would be cheaper to get a taxi. I made the booking on the phone trusting the agent to then find out after that the hotel is 30+ mins from Barcelona and an hour from the airport. I then phoned back up to add on the transfers and then said I couldn't, which is very dodgy. I work for a travel company and this is just a major red flag. I am now going to have to spend what it would have cost to stay in the centre in taxis. I'm so disappointed. I knew when I saw the offer it was too good to be true and I'm so gutted I just didn't arrange myself like I normally would.
