Normally book myself but wanted different flight times so used these guys. Got me everything I required except inclusive breakfast which was lost in translation somewhere. No problem though.
Great price £130 each for 2 nights and 3 days, flights and 4 star hotel in Kraków centre.
Hotel was offered as an upgrade from the advertised one, going on the photos of the other hotel it was a good exchange.
Helpful and as long as you do a bit of research you shouldn't have problem. Cheers.
