I had reached out to customer service because my syringe stopped working and it was fairly new. Unfortunately my daughter was having health issues and it wasn’t my priority to call.
Needless to say I was past my time to have it replaced. The guy was super sweet and did offer me a new one at a discount plus assured me that it is a new design. I must say they did make a great improvement on it, and it works perfectly. I may have to try other products as well!!
