No consent of charge annually, and explained in the customer service with default message as “non-refundable policy”, “monthly fee is to pay annually”….etc. The growth of fake accounts are obvious as I added single Chinese and local users as target segment, however I can see my account with global followers and like my Chinese post. Most obvious is, there are 40 likes for example but no one shown on the liked list when I click on it. I have filled the form found from LinkedIn and sent email to the credit card company for chargeback. Even it may not success, we should try our best to prevent more victims.
