Avoid Plumbase in Irvine, the negligence staff Christopher Winton and irresponsible manager Mark both should be sacked. I ordered n paid for seven items they only delivered six items. In addition, the WC units missing a seating pan, the corner cupboards + basin missing two handles. The manager Mark said they’ll charged for the handles, ffs we paid for the whole units but the handles never come, how can a manager open his mouth and asked me to paid for the handles which supposed to be included in the units??? The negligence salesman deny it and told me they’re all in a sealed box. I have photographs of the delivery from them, the box of cupboard + basin units is not sealed. Then he replied me your order was on the 4th Nov, now is 9th of Dec they have the right not to replace the missing items then hung up the phone. I’m absolutely steaming. Plumbase, if that is the way you treat your customers NO THANKS never again!!!!!!!!!!!!
