Toilet was delivered broken, called customer service and they were very helpful. Sent pics of the broken toilet and they gave a refund straight away. Customer service is very efficient. Great value for money compared to other companies. It a shame ithat arrived broken. Would definitely order again from this company as great prices and excellent customer service.
