The ordering process was simple however it stated delivery time but only once the item was in stock, which you only found out when you put the order through. This was a bit mis-leading and resulted in receiving the item much later than expected. I also had to chase for a delivery date and the tracking was not clear sp had to keep phoning for an update. I was promised a call before delivery which I did not get, and this then resulted in me missing delivery.
The good thing was the item which I was pleased with.
