I ordered a radiator and then realised it was too large for my wall. My immediate cancellation was quickly and efficiently dealt with. No quibbles. Sadly wires were crossed on that side and the delivery still made. A month later and I still have the item and am waiting for collection. I would trust the company though. Am about to order something else from them.
