Customer support very very poor, when I phoned this company they said someone will be out right away, that was 2days later when I rang on the 27th,I asked for 4pm instead I get a text between 130 2pm the plumber diagnosed problem he arrived at 1404 and left1417 in all 11mins work cost 177-00 ,I paid an extra 9-00to join care club to get 15-00 pounds off,when I complained they didn’t care less ,stay away from this company,,all they care about is money no customer care at all, The real thing that got under my skin they charged just over 16-00pounds a minute robbing sods.
