Charged £160 call out plus VAT. Confirmed what I said the problem was. Took photos of broken cistern. In the house barely fifteen minutes, unable to fix job then 'because of parts needed'. Called me back three days later with quote for repair - £246.00. Had a quote from another plumber - £130.00. Regret I didn't read the reviews before calling them in. Don't touch them with a barge pole!!
