Gas boiler service. Agent arrived in unmarked van on time and serviced boiler. Cost £118.80. I went on holiday and on return found hot water was lukewarm. Called Rightio who sent same person who said 'I have done nothing to it' and departed.. They then billed my debit card for a further £218.40 and still no hot water. Total bill £337.20.
