I was impressed with Alex the plumber who came to fix the leak to my flat at a drop of a hat after 6pm on a Friday to resolve the leak with the minimum of disruption after the first plumber failed.
The first person came earlier in the afternoon and said it was a two-person job and will need to rip up the floor and claimed to be the best. Alex approached the task as a professional and accessed the situation and resolved it in no time. Polite, courteous and very smart and most highly recommended.
