We had a bath that was leaking and Dasajev was brilliant. It had an old part that was hard to replace but he managed to find a solution. He communicated well, was proactive in solving the problem and kept suggesting new solutions. You could tell he cared about getting it fixed and doing it in a timely and efficient manner. Couldn't recommend him more!
