AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Two plumbers arrived 3 hours late. Per the company's hold music 'we pay you if we're late'. This is a fraudulent claim. They gave a quote of nearly £600 for a faulty ballcock replacement (a job I eventually paid £80 for). I called to cancel any work being done within half an hour of their visit and was promised a full refund by their customer services. Then discovered £290 had been taken out of my account. Called multiple times, was promised full refund again. Never arrived. Direct line that was given never connected. Called customer services again to chase and 'Debbie' hung up on me, saying they wouldn't be refunding any payment. Atrocious company - avoid at all costs.
