Not even worth zero stars. Can’t believe this company is still allowed to operate in the manner that it does. Plumber arrives to replace sink and quote increases on his arrival as he needs ‘additional pipes’. Forced to carry out the work as threatened with debt collectors if I do not want to go ahead. The Plumber returns to complete the Job with no new pipework, overflow is left off and sink is left to leak. Call over and over again to get plumbforce back to fix it as 12 month guarantee has been paid for but 3 times the job is booked in and we wait around for the plumber but no one shows up. When you try to call to chase up the plumber you find your number is blocked deliberately by the company and you can’t get through to anyone at all. An absolute waste of time, this is the rudest and most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. Even if you are desperate, NEVER ever make that first call to this company. It is shocking that they are allowed to trade in this way and from reading other reviews I am definitely not alone.
