Re my order 103258075 which received and was faulty, noticed when my plumber went to put new waste pipe in. A vital screw was still in plastic bag and should have been in the main body of item. He fitted waste pipe without the screw, as a temporary measure and asked me to get on to you to ask for a replacement. He told me that, although the unit would function OK for a short while only. He said the screw should have been fitted into unit at manufacture. He could fit the screw as it was impossible to get to slot without taking whole thing apart. I am still waiting for replacement even though a ticket had been put through for a replacement. Plumbworld not good enough!!!!!!
