Ordered a spare part for a plinth heater having spent a long time verifying that it was the correct part. The part listed on the website matched the make, model and version of my heater. When the part arrived it didn't fit and was obviously never going to fit so was not accurately described on the website. PlumbWorld wouldn't help me with a return or refund and instead sent me to the supplier. Nearly 3 weeks later and I'm still chasing up a refund and had to argue that I shouldn't have to pay postage to return a part that was not as described. I returned the part unused, still in its original packaging and have only been given a partial refund. The part is still incorrectly listed on the website. Pretty abysmal service all round and I won't be using them again.
