Not exactly the companies fault but DHL lost my shower screen, another was sent which was promised on a certain date, DHL failed to deliver so after two call out fees from my plumber and two days off work I cancelled the order. Two weeks later DHL rock up with the parcel and look at me gone out when I told them where to go! Wouldn't use this company ever again due to who they use for delivery!!
