We had a fantastic experience with Plumb world they were amazing. The bath arrived and some of the fixings fell out of the box and damaged the bath, they immediately sent us a new one at no cost and we’re extremely supportive in getting it to us asap. Delivery was fast and on time as scheduled. Customer services were amazing from start to finish. The bathroom suite itself is amazing, the quality is second to none and it wasn’t a premium range suite. Their products are of fantastic quality even at the low range.
